6月1日に、今年9回目のクリーンアップを行いました！春学期が終わり、多くの人が母国に戻る中、笑顔と元気いっぱいのボランティアの皆さんが集まってくださいました。
そして、今回のクリーンアップには、日本から福山市のグリーンバードのリーダーが参加してくださいました！また、チームメンバーのりこさん、こころさん、ななみさん、そしてみうさんとの最後の4人でのクリーンアップでもありました。みなさんがいなければ、コスタメサでのクリーンアップが実現しなかったでしょう。一年半お疲れ様でした！そして、皆さんのこれからのご活躍を心からお祈りしております！
今回はOCCキャンパスを綺麗にし、いつも清潔に保つことの大切さを改めて感じました。参加してくれた皆さん、本当にありがとうございます！素晴らしい夏のスタートを迎えましょう！
次回のクリーンアップは6月15日に開催します！以前から参加してくれている方も、初めて参加してくれる方も、みんなで一緒に素晴らしい変化を作り続けましょう！
On June 1st, we had our ninth cleanup of the year! With the Spring semester wrapping up and many heading back to their home countries, we were beyond thrilled to see so many volunteers still showing up with smiles and energy.
This cleanup was extra special, as we were honored to have the Fukuyama Green Bird team leader join us, visiting all the way from Japan! This was also our last cleanup with the four original members, Riko, Kokoro, Nanami, and Miu! We wish you luck in all future endeavors and are thankful that you guys made it possible for green bird cleanups to take place in Costa Mesa!
We had an absolute blast cleaning up the OCC campus, showing how much we care about keeping our campus spotless. We're super grateful to everyone who came out—you made the day unforgettable! Here’s to a fantastic start to the summer for all of you!
