9月7日に今年15回目のクリーンアップを行いました！そして、ついにOrange Coast Collegeの秋学期が始まりました。
今回はなんと18人もの方が参加してくださり、リピーターの方はもちろん、初めて参加してくれる新入生や久しぶりに参加してくれた方もいて、とても嬉しかったです。新学期が始まり、校内も少しずつ汚れが目立ち始めているため、今回は学校内の道を中心に掃除しました。参加者全員がOCCの生徒ということもあり、みんなで自分たちの使う校舎をきれいにすることで、校舎への愛着や責任感を育むきっかけになったのではないかと思います。
さらに、今回で10回目の参加となった方がいらっしゃり、感謝の気持ちを込めてgreen birdタオルをお渡しすることができました！今後もたくさんの方がリピートしてくれることを願っています。
新学期最初のお掃除に多くの方が参加してくださり、今学期も楽しいgreen birdの活動になりそうな予感がしています。これからもさらに多くの方に私たちの活動を知っていただき、一緒にクリーンアップに参加していただけるようなgreen birdを目指して頑張ります！
次回のクリーンアップは9月21日で、なんとコラボレーションクリーンアップです！

On September 7, we held our 15th cleanup of the year! And finally, the fall semester has begun at Orange Coast College.
A whopping 18 people participated this time, and we were very happy to see not only repeaters but also new students who participated for the first time and those who had not participated for a long time. With the start of the new semester, the school grounds are starting to look a little dirty, so this time we focused on cleaning the school's paths. Since all the participants were OCC students, I believe that by cleaning the school building that we all use, it gave everyone a chance to develop a sense of attachment to and responsibility for the school building.
Furthermore, there was one person who participated for the 10th time, and we were able to give him a green bird towel as a token of our appreciation! We hope that many more will repeat the event in the future.
Many people participated in the first cleanup of the new semester, and I have a feeling that this semester will be another fun green bird activity. We will continue to do our best to make even more people aware of our activities and to make green bird a place where people can participate in cleanups together!
Our next cleanup will be held on September 21, and it will be a collaborative cleanup!
